What You’ll Do:
 

  • Meet with prospective borrowers to understand their financial goals and homeownership needs

  • Take mortgage applications and collect required documentation

  • Analyze credit, income, assets, and debt to determine loan eligibility

  • Educate clients on loan options, rates, terms, and costs

  • Recommend appropriate mortgage products based on borrower qualifications

  • Submit complete loan files to processing and underwriting

  • Maintain ongoing communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, builders, financial professionals)

  • Guide clients through the loan process from application to close
